As your therapist, I strive to support you in recognizing and understanding your whole self and the impact of past and current life circumstances on your well-being. I aim to support you through the process of resolving problems within relationships, building confidence in self and processing  trauma and grief, while working toward clarifying and planning future goals. My goal as a therapist is  to ensure all my clients feel safe, heard and supported while also being challenged to make changes and look forward to growth.

Adult Individual Therapy

These one on one sessions for adults are tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. As a team, we will delve into patterns and their influence on your life, cultivate a more positive connection with yourself, and address areas that may be hindering your progress.

Adolescent and Teen Individual Therapy:

My years of working within the high school and education system have provided me with ample knowledge and understanding of the unique stressors teens face and how to support them in better understanding their changing self. Therapy offers a distinct chance for adolescents to find solace in a safe, non-judgmental environment, where they can acquire skills to navigate life's challenges and enhance their self-awareness and resilience.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a collaborative process aimed at helping couples (whether you are dating, engaged, or have been married for years) resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. As your therapist I will facilitate discussions between you and your partner that allows you to explore underlying issues, understand each other's perspectives, and develop healthier ways of relating. Couples therapy provides a supportive and neutral space for couples to address challenges, rebuild trust, and cultivate deeper emotional connection.

Family Therapy

Family sessions serve as a platform to unearth the core issues at the root of familial challenges, fostering improved communication and nurturing deeper connections among family members. These sessions will provide a safe and supportive environment for each family member to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns.
